Alternatives
Any travelling person - visitor of European and North American cities knows that there are alternatives for the taxi drivers. In no European city or of North America the horn of the taxi drivers is listened to. Simply they take a set of lights in its ceilings: a red light indicates that the taxi is occupied, a green light indicates that the taxi is free to approach. This luminous system does not bother to anybody, it does not create malaise and it does not distract the other conductors.
He is so simple!
